Many Libertarians and others, "political thinkers" misconceive the concept of Libertarianism, which is Liberty, and then they take it past the point of Original Liberty according to John Locke and confuse it, and not so well meaning individuals jump at the chance to push their ill conceived conclusions on small minded others. These others turn to the notion of thinking that Libertarianism is about Mad Max beyond Thunder Dome and anarchy type rule. They fail to remember the fundamental concept of original Liberty, and Libertarianism, which is a fundamental Rule of Small government and personal responsibility, or values without the complications that come from burdensome regulations or stupid burdensome laws (like having to buy any form of insurance, or to have to get a vehicle or a business registered, fall subject to credit scores, or to pay taxes), those are rules that are unneeded for a society under the rule of Freedom and Liberty to flourish. In a society of Freedom and Liberty, the economy should be based on Freedom and Liberty. Especially in the decisions made by the local and federal governments, corporations, establishments, and all other aspects of society which is supposed to be 100% run by the people; not so the people can have and do what ever they want without regard to others in their society; but instead, so that the people governed within will never be tied to the regulations that corporations and governments so push on individuals for their gain. Those laws so often passed make it where ALL citizens can not equally compete to better our society. Thus today, for example, capitalism, because of the electoral power of those with the most capital in corporations and their monetary power, can just print more political and economic power as they have been doing every month for many years now. Then when they are threatened, they kill people and go to war. Those put into power, in turn, do things like call a boost of 100,000 new minimum wage jobs... progress. Many colleges through independent studies have come out and declared that the United States has become a Nation of Oligarchy rule. This is the very reason why John Locke so influenced the original concept of Libertarianism, in the Concept of Natural and Original Liberty, or otherwise put into actions called the Declaration of Independence, The United states Constitution, and the Bill of Rights -James Stanczak District 29 Congressional Race Texas- June 27, 2014
